Biography :
Real estate begin early in life for me. My grandfather was in the timber business and one of my uncles started his own consturction company. The summer jobs i had growing up consist of cutting grass, interior/exterior house painting, and the job that really opened my eyes was moving furniture and seeing the interior of some of the nicer homes in the tri-city area. I received a architectural drafting certification in high school. In the 90's i worked in building management and maintenance with a major company. I was offered an opportunity to work as a real estate assist to Broker John Finn. I learned the real estate business as i worked and met real estate agents, sellers, buyers, investors, and REO"S. I became a license real estate agent and Realtor in 1995. i worked as a real estate assist for several years gaining knowlege about loans for all buyers to include FHA, VA, Conventional and investor financing. I've been a real estate professional for over 20 years and I love this business. There are always new exciting people,changes, and technology to in the industry.
